Yuvan Shankar Raja is a popular music composer who has many exciting projects at hand, including Jayam Ravi's Iraivan, the Telugu Film Gangs of Godavari, Thalapathy 68, etc. On 27th July, the music composer had asked his fans a question about which music director they think he should collaborate with for his next big song and asked fans to reply with the name. The tweet went viral and many fans shared the names of the hit music composers they wanted the composer to team up with. Santhosh Narayanan also responded to the tweet by the music composer as a fan.

Music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has now shared a video with the caption "We Heard You". It video begins showing many fans have wanted the sensational music composer to team up with ‘Rockstar’ Anirudh Ravichander. In addition to the announcement that he will collaborate with Anirudh, he also shared a video that shows texts between them. As Yuvan shared screenshots of fan replies, Jailer composer replied, "Sync level therikuthey". To which Yuvan replied with a voice note saying, "Fans are asking, shall we do a collab?" To which Anirudh replies, "Next Yuvan drug is loading." 'Iraivan' music composer then replied to him, Anirudh reacted saying, "Let's do it. Let’s blast." Yuvan then replies with an Iron Man gif.

This shows that the two music composers are collaborating for a new project, but it is unclear for which film it would be for or if it's for an independent song. Yuvan Shankar Raja has multiple projects at hand including Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara's Iraivan that will release in theatres this month, Sarath Kumar’s cop drama film Paramporul, Telugu film Gangs of Godavari, Yezhu kadal Yezhu Malai by director Ram, Thalapathy 68, and so on. With the new announcement, fans await to see the combo come together one more time for an exciting project.
