Following the outrage over Trisha's association with PETA, the actress had already deactivated her Twitter account. Now, her mother Uma Krishnan has filed a police complaint seeking protection for her daughter. In her complaint, she has clarified that Trisha associated with PETA for a photo shoot to adopt stray dogs and the relationship ends there. She also claimed that Trisha's twitter account has been hacked, which led to the deactivation. "We are proud Tamilians and we are never against Jallikattu," she said.
