Singam has been one of the successful franchises that has had 3 installments in Tamil and 2 in Bollywood. The new, exciting news is that Singam has made its way to the Punjabi film industry, that features Parmish Verma, Sonam Bajwa & Kartar Cheema in lead roles. Singham will be having a worldwide release on the 9th of August, directed by Navaniat Singh and bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak for Panorama Studios. Singham is the fourth film in Parmish Verma's career, which has been a super hit movie in both Tamil and Hindi movie industries. The Hindi Singham series starred Ajay Devgn and was helmed by Rohit Shetty. While Singham has Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead, Singham returns (the second installment) had Kareena Kapoor.
