Shazahn Padamsee in Kanimozhi
Shazahn Padamsee, who made her debut as lead actress opposite Ranbir Kapoor in�super hit Bollywood film Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year (2009), is entering Kollywood. The actress has been roped in to play the lead opposite Jai in Kanimozhi. "I was determined to get her to Kollywood, even though she was expensive, which added to our budget. All said and done, we have been proved right after the photo shoot was over. And believe me, Shazahn will rock the Tamil scene once this film is released," producer Shiva said confidently.
Shazahn Padamsee is the daughter of singer Sharon and theatre impresario Alyque Padamsee. She is expected to join the cast and crew in Chennai in a couple of days.
