Teenage sensation Hansika Motwani, who began acting as a child artiste in Bollywood, is a busy actress in Telugu and Hindi. Debuting in Tollywood with super hit Allu Arjun starrer Deshamudra (2007), followed by hit Kantri (2008), the actress is now all set for her debut in Tamil opposite Dhanush with the remake of super star Rajinikanth’s romantic comedy Mappilai.
Mappilai will be directed by Suraj (maker of Dhanush's superhit Polladhavan). Dhanush, enjoying the best of times at the box office, is currently busy with Jawahar's Kutty, a remake of the Telugu super hit Arya. His next venture is Vetrimaran's Aadukalam. After Aadukalam, Dhanush will start the Mappilai remake.
Earlier, Hansika had refused many�offers from top Tamil actors due to her hectic schedules. Let's hope the actress, who has maintained a 100% success record rate in Tollywood,�maintains her 100% success record in Kollywood as well.
