D. Ramesh's next with Sathyaraj
After a gap of six years, director D. Ramesh (of Ulavuthurai and Jananam) is back with his third film Kalavaram with Sathyaraj. The film, based on a real life incident, is likely to hit screens by the end of this year. Sathyaraj plays Deputy Police Commissioner Vettrichelvan, who heads an investigation commission.
“Ulavuthurai, my first film with Vijayakanth, was about smuggling while my second film Jananam with Arun Vijay, was on employment issues. Now, Kalavaram will be about riots and uprisings!” the director said. The star cast includes Ajay, Raghav, Yasser, Kutty, Suchi Bala. Raj Kapoor, Anuradha Krishmamurthy and Myilsami.
