With the actor at present busy filming his upcoming next tentatively being called Thalapathy 62/Vijay 62 under A. R. Murugadoss’s direction, the excitement surrounding the film also starring Keerthy Suresh with music by A. R. Rahman under the Sun Pictures banner has literally everybody excited.
Having said that, Vijay’s 2016 blockbuster film Theri is continuing to smash and create new records on YouTube.
The dubbed Hindi version of Theri on Youtube featured by Goldmines Telefilms has now hit the 50 million views mark in turn creating a new record for any Tamil film till date.
The massive reception for Theri’s Hindi version on YouTube once again proves 'Thalapathy' Vijay’s popularity is not going to slow down anytime soon and will continue to soar further high as time goes by.
Directed by Atlee under Kalaipuli S. Thanu’s V Creations banner with chartbuster music by G. V. Prakash Kumar, Theri also featured Samantha Akkineni and Amy Jackson as the female leads along with Baby Nainika, J. Mahendran, Radhika Sarathkumar and 'Motta' Rajendran in supporting roles.
