A while back, there were reports stating piracy website Tamilrockers would be releasing ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Sarkar directed by A. R. Murugadoss. Soon after, it was said they were going to follow the same action for ‘Superstar’ Rajinikanth’s 2.0 coming out on November 29. Directed by Shankar with Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in starring roles under the Lyca Productions banner and music by A. R. Rahman, the upcoming sci-fi film is one of the most expensive ventures to be made in Asia.
That said, Tamilrockers has now issued an official clarification on their website stating they are not available on Twitter or any other social networks while also urging not to believe in such rumors. Their statement is as follows: “We are not available on Twitter or any other Social networks. If someone posts anything using our name on social networks, Then that should be fake. Please don't believe on those kind of id's and rumours spread by them.”
