There have been a lot of speculations over the release date of Rummy directed by Balakrishnan. The movie was about to be released in November, but it got postponed because of various reasons. Now, the movie's release date has been finalized and will hit the screens on January 31.
Rummy has Vijay Sethupathi and Gayathri in the lead roles. Soori, Aishwarya and Inigo Prabakaran will be seen in prominent roles. Rummy is said to be a romantic entertainer set in a village background. The distribution rights of the film have been acquired by JSK Film Corporation.
