Ace director Mani Ratnam, who is currently busy with Kaatru Veliyidai with Karthi and Aditi in the lead, is likely to launch another star kid in Tamil. After launching Gautham Karthik and Dulquar Salman, it now looks like the ace director will work with megastar Chiranjeevi's Ram Charan for a Tamil-Telugu bilingual.
