Suriya's upcoming action political thriller Kaappaan being directed by KV Anand and written by reputed Indian writer Pattukkottai Prabhakar also includes Mohanlal, Arya, Sayyeshaa, Boman Irani, Samuthirakani and Bobby Simha as part of the film's cast. The project being bankrolled by Lyca Productions has music composed by Harris Jayaraj.
Suriya fans were in for a delight on New Year’s eve when the Kaappaan team released two posters that went onto receive a massive response. Last month, the team was busy filming a prominent schedule at Chandigarh with Bollywood actor Chirag Irani.
That said, sources close to us now reveal an important leg of filming was carried on till yesterday (04/02/19) at Thiruvaiyaru near Thanjavur with Suriya sporting the National Security Guard (NSG) look. Furthermore, it is said the actor has now returned for the Chennai schedule, which is expected to kick-off soon.
