Director Ajay Gnanamuthu’s upcoming exciting venture Imaikkaa Nodigal is all set to hit the screens this Friday (31.08.2018). The venture stars Nayanthara, Atharvaa, Raashi Khanna and Bollywood star Anurag Kashyap. The film is produced by CJ Jayakumar of Cameo Films.
Director Ajay Gnanamuthu had worked as an assistant director under AR Murugadoss in Thalapathy Vijay’s Thuppaki and Surya’s 7 Aum Arivu. Ajay went on to make his debut with the film Demonte Colony which was a big hit.
In an exclusive interview with Galatta, Ajay Gnanamuthu talked about his experience of working with Thalapathy Vijay.
When asked about his unforgettable days, Ajay said, “One of my unforgettable days would be the day when Vijay sir and Murugadoss sir wished me after watching Demonte Colony. We had arranged a special show for them and both Vijay sir and Murugadoss sir watched the movie together. Vijay sir came out and hugged me for a brief 10 seconds and said, ‘Pirichuta.. Piruchuta..’ for almost five to six times.”
