Seema Deo’s husband, veteran actor Ramesh Deo, a well-established name in Bollywood during the 1970s, passed away in 2022 due to a heart attack. During an interview with The Indian Express in 2011, Ramesh said that he was lucky to have met Seema recalling their love story, and shared that their first meeting was on a local train. He revealed that he was captivated by the fragrance of the mogra that she was wearing in her hair adding that he landed an important role in a film on the day they met. Seema and Ramesh tied the knot in 1963 and were married for 59 years.
