Leading Tamil actor Ajith Kumar's Thunivu is all set for a massive Pongal release in January 2023 and preparations are already underway to make it the actor's biggest outing in cinemas in his glorious career. The upcoming film billed to be an out-and-out mass action thriller will see the Tamil cinema superstar sharing screen space with Asuran actor Manju Warrier, who is playing the female lead, with Samuthirakani, Prem Kumar, Bigg Boss Tamil stars Amir, Pavni Reddy, Master fame Ciby Bhuvana Chandran, and Sarpatta Parambarai actors G. M. Kumar and John Kokken, among others appearing in pivotal roles.

With post-production works on Thunivu ongoing, John Kokken has now posted photos of himself in stunt protection gear, which has been specially gifted to him by Ajith. Taking to Twitter, the Sarpatta Parambarai antagonist extended his gratitude and wrote, "My Superpower stunt protection Kit gifted by My SUPERHERO Ajith Kumar Sir." The pictures show John Kokken in his home and wearing stunt gear, while also smiling from ear to ear. It is to be noted that the actor had earlier played an important role in Ajith's 2014 box office blockbuster Veeram and the two are once again collaborating in yet another venture that is coming out on the festive occasion of Pongal.
