Planned for a massive release this Diwali in November, ‘Thalapathy’ Vijay’s Sarkar is easily one of the most anticipating films coming out this year reuniting the star with director A. R. Murugadoss for the third time after their blockbusters, Thuppakki and Kaththi.
A Sun Pictures production featuring music by A. R. Rahman, Vijay fans have been eagerly waiting for an update on the Sarkar teaser for quite some time.

For a while now, it was believed the Sarkar teaser would be unveiled on the auspicious occasion of Vinayaka Chathurthi on September 13.
That said, sources close to us reveal the news of a Sarkar teaser coming out on the said date is a mere rumor and that the makers are yet to decide on such plans.
Although this news might come as a disappointment at this point for Vijay’s ardent fans, we can expect the Sarkar team to deliver explosive first visuals when they decide a date.
Vijay’s 62nd film will see the star paired opposite Keerthy Suresh for the second time after their Bairavaa last year with Livingston as her father and Yogi Babu for the comedic relief.
Furthermore, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar is said to have a crucial role in the action political thriller, which also includes Radha Ravi and Pala Karuppiah as the antagonists.
