Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin praised actor Suriya, former Madras HC judge Chandru, and Jai Bhim director T. J. Gnanavel for their latest initiative for law students. He shared his appreciation towards the trio for starting the Sathyadev Law Academy with the aim to develop the skills of students coming from humble backgrounds. CM Stalin also appealed to the students to undergo training for their law studies through the academy under the 'Naan Mudhalvan' scheme. He posted photos of his meeting with Suriya, retd. Justice Chandru, and T. J. Gnanavel, which saw Udhayanidhi Stalin, Minister for Youth Welfare and Sports Development, Government of Tamil Nadu, Anbil Mahesh, Minister for School Education, and Rajsekar Pandian, CEO & Director - 2D Entertainment Pvt Ltd. also present for the special occasion.

Sharing the pictures on Twitter, Chief Minister M. K. Stalin wrote, "We fought that education and employment in society are not the exclusive property of a single person and got rights based on #SocialJustice. After the enactment of the Advocates Act in 1961 and the introduction of #Reservation, common people are also involved in the legal profession. To develop their skills coming from humble backgrounds, the #SathyadevLawAcademy was started with retd. Justice Mr. Chandru as the Director." He added, "For this, I appreciate the contribution of my dear brother @Suriya_offl, who is continuously working with a deep concern for the education of poor people. The legal profession and the medical profession are not like other professions. The other professions are about work; these are exercises!" CM Stalin added, "Therefore, under the 'Naan Mudhalvan' scheme, I have requested students to be trained through this academy. Along with Justice Mr. Chandru, my brother Mr. Suriya who continues to work with social concern even after the movie #JaiBhim, and director Mr. T. J. Gnanavel, I once again congratulate them!"
