Although not many details are known at this point regarding their meeting, a picture posted by the L2: Empuraan director on his Instagram page has since taken social media by storm. The image shows Prithviraj and Supriya along with Suriya and Jyotika all smiling and posing for the camera, and also giving fans of the stars major couple goals. On the work front, both Prithviraj and Supriya are producing the Hindi film, Selfiee, along with Karan Johar, Listin Stephen, and Aruna Bhatia under their Dharma Productions, Prithviraj Productions, Magic Frames, and Cape of Good Films banners. The upcoming action-comedy film directed by Raj Mehta of Good Newwz fame is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film Driving Licence and will see Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi playing the roles portrayed by Prithviraj and Suraj Venjarammoodu. Prithviraj, on the other hand, has several much-awaited Malayalam films that include Vilayath Buddha, Aadujeevitham, Khalifa, Guruvayoor Ambalanadayil, Kaaliyan, and the highly-anticipated Telugu film Salaar, starring Prabhas under the blockbuster KGF franchise filmmaker Prashanth Neel's direction. He also is returning to the director's chair in L2: Empuraan, the sequel to the 2019  political action thriller Lucifer, while also making an appearance alongside the film's lead actor Mohanlal

As for Suriya, the Tamil actor-producer has been busy filming the tentatively titled Suriya 42 with director Siva and is expected to join ace filmmaker Vetri Maaran next for the highly-exciting Vaadivaasal, which is an adaptation of acclaimed writer C.S. Chellappa's novel of the same name. The Jai Bhim actor is also set for a cameo appearance in the Soorarai Pottru Hindi remake, which has Akshay Kumar in the lead role and is being directed by Sudha Kongara. Jyotika too has a big project lined up ahead in the form of Kaathal: The Core opposite iconic actor Mammootty, which marks the actress' return to Malayalam cinema after 13 years when she starred in Seetha Kalyanam in 2009.
