The latest buzz is that Suriya and Gautham Menon will be getting back together in another movie. The duo has already worked together in Kaakha Kaakha and Vaaranam Aayiram. Industry insiders state that Gautham Menon had written this script for Ajith, and they had been planning to do it together. However, the fallout between them caused Gautham to approach Suriya. The sources also add that the movie is to be titled Thuppariyum Anandan, and will have the protagonist playing the role of an investigator. Amy Jackson is expected to pay the female lead, and maestro A.R. Rahman is to score the music.
An interesting thing to note is that many scripts that Ajith rejected and other heroes accepted have gone on to become super duper hits, and highlights in the respective hero's careers. Of the movies Ajith rejected, Gajini and Kaakha Kaakha went to Suriya, while Arya bagged Naan Kadavul.
