Sony Music Entertainment has acquired the music rights of STR-Varalaxmi Sarathkumar duo's much awaited Tamil romantic film Poda Podi, produced by Nemichand Jabak and directed by debutant Vignesh Shivaa. Music is by Dharan.
The music album consists of six tracks, including a Bhangra track (voiced by Vijaya T. Rajendar). STR has sung 2 songs, while composer-singer Yuvanshankar Raja has sung one song. The title track "Podaa Podi" is sung by Benny Dayal and actress-singer Andrea Jeremiah.
