Silambarasan TR has been on a roll lately as his toned down physical transformation left fans stunned, with the multi-talented star also working at a rapid pace on his upcoming films. Simbu wrapped up shooting, including the dubbing for the rural family entertainer, Eeswaran, under Susienthiran's direction in a single schedule that lasted less than 40 days. STR then immediately headed to Pondicherry from Dindigul after completing Eeswaran to resume shooting for director Venkat Prabhu's mass action political entertainer Maanaadu, with news also now coming in now that he will soon be commencing the Tamil remake of the hit Kannada film Mufti under Sillunu Oru Kaadhal fame Krishna's direction.

Having said that, Simbu, who also returned to social media some time back, has now shared a cute video of spending time with his sister Elakkiya's son Jason Abi. In the video, we see STR interacting with his nephew along with family members who are rejoicing the time spent with the little bundle of joy. Fans have been following the various updates from the flamboyant actor, with the actor also recently being gifted a Mini Cooper luxury car by his mother Usha Rajendar. Likewise, pictures of Silambarasan and his nephew Jason have also been doing the rounds on social media and have been receiving a tremendous response. Check out the video below:

Simbu fans have had plenty to cheer about over the last couple of months as the actor's Eeswaran had an action-packed teaser and a motion poster released along with the announcement that the film will be hitting screens as a Pongal release in January 2021. Similarly, two posters from the highly-anticipated Maanaadu were unveiled and have received a thunderous feedback from fans, who have been waiting to witness his avatar in the film. In addition, the news of STR all set to revive the Mufti Tamil remake under the Studio Green banner has come as an icing on the cake for the actor's fans. Silambarasan will also be seen in an extended cameo in Hansika's Maha, which incidentally will be their reunion on-screen after Vaalu, with reports a while back stating that he is also being eyed for a film with director Mysskin, including a venture with Master director Lokesh Kanagaraj to be produced under Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International banner.
