Sharwanand's debut Tamil film a hit

After Gamyam's success, Sharwanand has establishd himself as a hero in Tollywood. Right now, he's acting in a Tamil film called Kadhalna Summa Illa, Gamyam's remake in Tamil. He is reprising the same role that he did in the Telugu film. Co-starring with him are Ravi Krishna and Kamalini Mukherjee. Sharwanand is on cloud nine as his Tamil film, released for Sankaranthi (Pongal in Tamil Nadu), was an instant hit.

Sharwanand is one of the few heroes who don’t have a direct link to Telugu films. He started as a hero in a film that didn’t run even for a week and then went on to do a role as one of Sumanth’s friends in Gowri. He then starred in small but significant roles in movies like Shankar Dada MBBS, Yuva Sena, Sankranthi, Vennela, Lakshmi, Amma Cheppindi, Veedhi and Classmates.

Just when he was on the verge of giving up, Gamyam came up; since then, Sharwanand is one of the busiest and promising actors that Tollywood has had in recent times. Sharwanand is now working on Raju-Maharaju alongside Dr. Mohan Babu and Ramya Krishnan.
