Sanghavi in small screen
To increase its popularity, Kalaignar TV has come up with a master plan. It has roped in Sanghavi, a popular glamour gal of Kollywood, in its mega serial Gokulathil Seethai. C.J. Bhaskar, who directed hit TV serials like Manaivi and Anjali, will direct this mega serial. He has the distinction of introducing famous film heroines in his mega serials – Kausalya in Manaivi; Mallika (of Autograph fame) in Anjali; and now, Sanghavi in Gokulathil Seethai.
The names associated with this serial are big! Sadhana Sargam has sung its title song, which was recorded in a sophisticated recording theatre in Mumbai; this is perhaps the first time a Tamil serial’s song has been recorded in Mumbai.
Also, its cast is quite powerful. Prithviraj, Meera Krishnan, Balaji and Sai Prasad who act in it are some of the best actors in the TV world.
So, it will be a feast for fans of primetime TV serials.
