Pyramid Saimira sues Kamal Haasan?
Multinational entertainment company Pyramid Saimira has reportedly filed a suit against Tamil thespian Kamal Haasan on Wednesday for taking his fees but not completing the company's prestigious production concern Marmayogi, a multi-lingual multimillion dollar magnum opus, which was stalled for stopped for unknown reasons. Kamal is said to have been paid Rs.10.90�crores for his role in Marmayogi almost a year ago by Pyramid Saimira.
Pyramid Saimira claims that Kamal had promised that he would first complete Marmayogi and then start�work on any other movie. But the actor went ahead with the shooting of Unnaipol Oruvan (Eenadu in Telugu), which is co-produced by his production house Raj Kamal Films International and UTV International. "It is unfair on the part of Kamal to go ahead with Unnaipol Oruvan release. He should refund the advance," said an official from Pyramid Saimira.
