Intriguing teaser of Por Thozhil is out - Ashok Selvan and Sarath Kumar's hunt to catch a serial killer! WATCH IT HERE

Ashok Selvan is a prominent actor in the Tamil film industry who has acted in many interesting films. His recent film was the feel-good entertainer Nitham oru Vaanam. And he also acted in an episode of the anthology web series Modern Love Chennai. The actor is set to join hands with Sarath Kumar for the first time. The film is titled Por Thozil and he played an amateur cop in the film, while the popular actor is set to play the role of an experienced cop. It also has Malyalam Actress Nikhila Vimal playing the female lead. The makers of the film have now revealed a new teaser from the film.

Por Thozil teaser begins with a cop finding a body. The video then shows Ashok Selvan getting ready and it looks like the film is set in the 70s or 80s. Then shows some SLR photographs of the victims. Then Sarath Kumar is shown on screen and he explains that just like how chain smokers get the urge to smoke, killers get the urge to kill again and again. It's then showed a girl and another person are strangled to death with a wire. Some fast shots are shown and the two cops get to the ground and catch the serial killer. It shows that the killer only kills young women and leaves their bodies in the forest tied up. The title is revealed and the film is set to release in theatres on June 9.

As the film, Por Thozhil is set to release in theatres in about two weeks fans can expect more updates about the film. The teaser shows that it will be a serial killer story and why the person kills and if the cops played by Ashok Selvan and Sarath Kumar catch them murder forms the rest of the story. It is to be directed by debutant director Vignesh Raja.
