After a brief hiatus, the director inside Radhakrishnan Parthiban, more popularly known as Parthiban, has come out with the announcement of his latest film. The title and the first look promo video of Parthiban's directorial were revealed by Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi on his Twitter space.
This new film is titled as Oththa Seruppu (single slipper). Music director Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to score music for this film and this film will mark his first-time collaboration with Parthiban. Ace cinematographer Ramji, who has worked in films like Aayirathil Oruvan, Thani Oruvan, and Velaikkaran will handle the visuals, while Parthiban himself is expected to act in the film. It is not sure if the film will have any other leads apart from him and we will have to wait for some more time to know about that.
Apart from being known as an intense actor, Parthiban is also an acclaimed director whose films such as Pudhiya Paadhai and Housefull have won National and State Film awards. His last directorial was Koditta Idangalai Nirappuga which came out in January 2017 with Shanthanu Bhagyaraj in the lead role.
