Oru CD 30 Ruba is a story that is against one of the major issues plaguing our cinema - piracy. The director of the movie, Rahesh tells us that whenever a movie releases, people do not bother about the hard work and effort put in by the technicians and artists to bring the film to theatres. At the end of the 1st day, you can see a pirated copy of the film for just Rs. 30. This film concentrates on the pain of the director and producer who have put in their everything to release it on the silver screen.
Directed by Rahesh. R, Oru CD 30 Ruba is a platform for budding artists. The film features lyricist Pa. Vijay, Sarithiran of Vada Poche fame, Ram, Sathyan and Ravinesh in the lead roles. Sania Dhara is being introduced to Kollywood through this film. Thambi Ramaiah, Manobala, Ravi Maria, Lakshmy Ramakrishnan, Meera Krishnan along with 40 plus newcomers will be seen in supporting roles.
