Directed by Thiru, the film starred Vishal, Lakshmi Menon, Iniya, Saranya Ponvannan and Jayaprakash in lead roles. Produced under the UTV Motion Pictures and Vishal Film Factory banners, the film has music composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar. Vishal teamed-up with Lakshmi Menon for the second time in this film after Paandiya Naadu.
