Kollywood's most bankable hero Suriya denied reports stating that the dubbed Tamil version of his upcoming Tamil film Maatraan has been titled Duplicate. “We haven’t decided the title yet, since we are looking for an appropriate title,” he said.
Confirming that noted producer Bellamkonda Suresh has bagged the Telugu dubbing rights, he further said: “We were not happy with some earlier producers, so we thought of teaming up with producer Bellamkonda Suresh to promote this big ticket entertainer in Andhra Pradesh."
Starring Kajal Aggarwal as the heroine, the film is directed and co-written by K.V. Anand. Suriya handles five different roles in this film. The music is composed by Harris Jayaraj and editing is by Anthony Gonsalvez. The film is in the final stages of production and will be released in both Telugu and Tamil this summer.
