MAA's new office bearers meet
The newly-elected members of the Movie Artistes Association (MAA) met recently and took some decisions. Murali Mohan, President of MAA, also conducted a function to hand over financial assistance to actor Mukkuraju. Dasari Narayana Rao and D. Rama Naidu were among the special guests who attended the function.
MAA has decided to enrol members from other states as well. MAA will also strive to provide house plots to its members. It will also give financial assistance to the tune of one lakh for the family members of deceased members. MAA will also bear the funeral expenses of the deceased member.
MAA handed over a sum of 50,000 as financial assistance to Mukkuraju. D. Rama Naidu, Kota Srinivasa Rao and an NRI have given 10,000 each to Mukkuraju. Murali Mohan also offered to give financial assistance of Rs. 5000 to Mukkuraju every month.
