American actress, filmmaker, and writer Lena Dunham has officially tied the knot with English-Peruvian musician Luis Felber in an intimate wedding ceremony.  Dunham, best known as the creator and director of the comedy drama series, Girls, in which she also played the main role, took to Instagram to share the first photo of herself as a bride from her secret wedding in London last week. The picture shows the 35-year-old actress in a lace wedding dress and posing alongside her new husband Luis Felber. According to reports, Lena Dunham wore three different wedding dresses for her big day, with global pop superstar Taylor Swift appearing as one of her bridesmaids. The two have been close friends for many years and Swift made sure she would be present for Dunham's wedding in London despite her busy work schedule. At the marriage ceremony, Taylor is said to have made a heartfelt emotional speech leaving many guests floored. Lena has entered wedlock with Felber after the duo first revealed their relationship a couple of months ago. She revealed that she had made the decision to move to London permanently to be closer with Felber. At the time, she wrote, "When I was 3 weeks old in downtown Manhattan, I had no idea a baby was being born in England (Winchester, no less!) who would rocket into my life- wearing a lime green polar fleece snood- and challenge so many of my beliefs about myself and the world with magical abandon."

On the work front, Lena Dunham is directing and acting in upcoming ventures like the British medieval comedy film Catherine, Called Birdy and American independent film Sharp Stick, which are in various stages of production.
