Critically acclaimed director Prabhu Solomon's second directorial venture Kumki, marking the acting debut of Tamil actor Prabhu's son Vikram Prabhu, will be dubbed and released in Telugu as Gajaraju. The Telugu audio will be unveiled on December 8, 2012.
The story revolves around a mahout (Vikram) and his trained kumki elephant, used to guide wild elephants back to the forest to minimize the destruction of properties and fields of nearby villages. Lakshmi Menon is the heroine.
