The greatly anticipated Telugu sports romantic comedy film Good Luck Sakhi starring Keerthy Suresh is to release this Friday, 28th January 2022. Written and directed by Nagesh Kukunoor, the movie is set in a fictional village where an underdog (Sakhi) who supposedly brings bad luck to people, trains to compete as a sharpshooter at a national level after the accidental death of her fiancé just before their wedding. The film also stars Aadhi Pinisetty, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Jagapathi Babu in prominent roles. A pre-release promotional event for the movie took place last night (January 26) in Hyderabad.

The event happened in a grand fashion and that does not come off as a surprise considering the star power behind the film. An additional factor to this already fantastic venue was the introduction of Ram Charan as the chief guest. This had the fans up from their seats unable to contain their excitement which is understandable since both are megastars who enjoy a humongous fan base. Towards the end of the event, both Keerthy Suresh and Ram Charan took to the stage and surprised the fans by performing the signature step of the Naatu Naatu song from Ram Charan’s upcoming RRR (co-starring Jr NTR) directed by virtuoso S.S. Rajamouli.

The two got together and danced only for a few seconds which was recorded and released on social media. Since then, the video has gone viral for all good reasons. It is not every day we see two powerhouses come together, share a stage and dance for a big song like Naatu Naatu. With Good Luck Sakhi all set for release, Keerthy Suresh has 4 other movies on the way. She is to star in Sarkaru Vaari Paata opposite Mahesh Babu and apart from that, she has movies like Saani Kaayidham, Bholaa Shankar with Chiranjeevi and Tamannaah, and Vaashi with Minnal Murali star Tovino Thomas.
