Karma launched
Amidst immense speculation and discussions, director Sai Kiran Adivi's much-celebrated�Karma (Telugu) was launched on the auspicious Vasanta Panchami with a Ganapati Homam in Ghirardelli Square, a historic San Francisco destination.
For the first time in the history of Telugu cinema, Adlabs USA, a division of the Reliance group, has signed a distribution contract for the North American release of a Telugu film (Karma) even before its shooting has begun.
The young prodigy Adivi Sesh is�the hero in Karma which will also have American actors Jade Tailor and Sher Ali. According to sources, the music will be scored by three international American music producers. Cinematographer James Laxton will use cutting edge Red 4K camera technology for the shoot.
With the release of Karma, Sai Kiran Adivi,�with producers Bhavani Adivi and Harsh Singh, hopes to put Telugu cinema on the international map. More details about the film are awaited.
Sai Kiran Adivi, an associate of Shekhar Kammula, made his debut with the blockbuster Vinayakudu (2008), starring� debutant Krishnudu, Sonia and Poonam Bajwa in the lead. In his very first venture, Sai Kiran opted to�highlight sensitive emotions blended�with a unique love story. Vinayakudu recently celebrated it success in a meet at FNCC, Hyderabad.
