Kappal is directed by Karthik G. Krish, a former assistant of director Shankar. This film produced by Shankar’s home banner S Pictures has Vaibhav Reddy and Sonam Bajwa in the lead roles.

The latest update is that the audio of the film will be launched on November 22. Oscar winner A.R. Rahman and actor Vijay are the special guests of honour for the audio launch event.
