Blockbuster director is all set to flag off shooting for the the next schedule of Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan in Taiwan. The filmmaker on Sunday, April 2, took to social media and posted a photo of himself looking at what are probably scene papers from a key location in the East Asian country, with reports doing the rounds that an important action sequence might be shot at the location. We see Shankar in the picture amidst the backdrop of a Taiwanese temple-monument like structure and many other people far off in the background. Sharing the photo on Twitter, the director wrote, "#Indian2 at enthralling Taiwan", hinting once again the grandeur he always captures in all of his films. Check out his tweet below:

Shankar has been a busy man these past few months shuttling between the shooting of Indian 2 and RRR actor Ram Charan's Game Changer, which had its title announced last week on the Telugu superstar's birthday. The hit Tamil filmmaker, who will be making his Telugu debut in the upcoming bilingual, had finished shooting a song in Game Changer also coming out in Tamil, before heading to Taiwan to join Kamal Haasan and the Indian 2 team to complete a few more key sequences. Both films are huge ventures and there are massive expectations among fans, who are waiting to witness Shankar's film-making prowess on the big screen.
Jointly being produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies banners, Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 has a packed star cast featuring the likes of Kajal Aggarwal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Bobby Simha, late actor Vivek, veterans Delhi Ganesh, Gulshan Grover, and former cricketer Yograj Singh (Yuvraj Singh's father) among others in key roles. The film, which is a sequel to the cult classic blockbuster, Indian, released in 1996, will also include music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and many are looking forward to him to deliver yet another chart-buster album along the lines of Kamal Haasan's Vikram, which came out last year.
