Kamal Haasan garlands Sivaji Ganesan statue

Vijay TV's Ulaganayagan Kamal 50 - Oru Thodarum Sarithiram, commemorating World Star Kamal Haasan's 50th year in Tamil cinema, was held on a grand scale at the Nehru Stadium in Chennai on Monday. All the big names of the Tamil film industry assembled to honour Kamal on his unique distinction.
 
Kamal Haasan, along with a selected bunch of VIPs, reached the venue in the Vijay TV bus that was launched preceding the grand event. Kamal garlanded the statue of thespian actor Sivaji Ganesan on Marina Beach before reaching the venue.
