The peaceful Jallikattu protest at the Marina beach has grabbed the eyeballs of the entire nation. Actor Kamal Haasan, who has always voiced his support for the age-old tradition, has said that he has become a great fan of the youngsters.
In a series of tweets, he wrote, "Bravo. People of Tamilnadu. This agitation is a sample of our discontent. No more band-aids. Heal the wounds. We have been hurt enough. Act. The world is watching us. Tamils are making India proud. Keep your tenacity of purpose. We have become women and men of the moment."
