Actor Dhandapani is a character artist known for playing villain roles. He was introduced as an antagonist in director Balaji Sakthivel’s Kadhal. His role in the film was much appreciated and the actor went on signing films in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
Kadhal Dhandapani breathed his last today due to a massive cardiac arrest. His mortal remains have been taken from Chennai to his hometown Dindigul for last rites.
The actor’s last film was Sandamarutham with actor Sarath Kumar. On hearing the demise of Kadhal Dhandapani, Sarath Kumar has expressed his condolences to his family and friends.
