One of the most successful Tamil films of 2018, the critical and commercial hit, Ratsasan, featured Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul in lead roles under Ramkumar’s direction with a gripping musical score by Ghibran and was produced by Axess Film Factory.
Post the massive success, there have been talks for a remake of the film with sources close to us now revealing Ratsasan is set to be remade in Telugu with Nithiin reprising Vishnu Vishal’s role and under Sudheer Varma’s direction, who has previously made notable films such as Swamy Ra Ra, Dohchay and Keshava.
Apart from the huge laurels Ratsasan has been reaping, the film was featured in IMDB's Top 10 list of Indian Films of 2018 by grabbing the second spot while being adjudged as number one in South Indian films.
