Aishwarya Rajesh has a slew of releases at different stages of production. The actress has been eagerly waiting for the release of her upcoming action thriller film Driver Jamuna in which she plays the titular role. The film was slated to hit the theatres today (November 11). However, just a day ahead of the film's release, the makers of Driver Jamuna announced that the film has been postponed to a later date. 

The makers of Driver Jamuna promised that they would share the new release date soon. They also apologized to the moviegoers for postponing the film. yesterday (November 10) Aishwarya Rajesh herself took to social media to announce the postponement of Driver Jamuna. Their official press release read, "Upon unforeseen circumstances, our movie Driver Jamuna is postponed from the said date, November 11. The new date will be announced soon. We are putting our best efforts to bring our movie to theatres very soon for you to enjoy! We apologise for the delay and assure you that the wait will be worth it. Driver Jamuna is written and directed by P Kinslin of Vathikuchi fame and bankrolled by SP Chowthari under the banner of 18 Reels. Other than the main lead, the film will also feature Aadukalam Naren, Kavitha Bharathi, Sri Ranjani, standup comedian Abhishek Kumar and several others in pivotal roles. On the technical side of things, Driver Jamuna's music has been composed by Ghibran, cinematography handled by Gokul Benoy and edited by Ramar.
