Earlier this year, at the prestigious Cannes there was a surprise winner, director Jacques Audiard's Dheepan. The movie narrates a gripping tale of a former fighter in the Sri Lankan civil war trying to make a new life in France with a fake family. At the Mumbai Film Festival, the lead pair--Anthonythasan Jesuthasan and Kalieaswari--Srinivasan has announced that they would team up again for a Tamil project, to be directed by Arun Karthik, whose directorial debut Shivapuranam is also screened at the fest.
