After releasing the song 'Kesariya', which took over instantly resulting in it going viral almost immediately, the makers of Brahmastra have now stepped forward to announce the release of their next song. Titled 'Deva Deva', the teaser of it was released as a sneak peek for the whole song which is all set to drop on August 8.
In the 54-second clip, we see Shiva (played by Ranbir) telling Isha (played by Alia) about the light within. Shiva says the light is what protects them when they face any darkness. It is a special power that brings meaning to lives. The teaser then goes on to show a big text stating ‘The Light is Coming’. We see Shiva seeking lessons and trying to understand his powers. We also get to see him break into a little dance as he experiments and plays with his powers.
The song plays in the background which is quite pleasant to the ears. The song is composed by Pritam and crooned by the very talented Arijit Singh. Ever since the film's trailer was released, the fans of Ranbir Kapoor were enthralled watching the trailer and were amazed by the work of Ayan Mukherji and his team. But other than that, fans are even more excited to see Ranbir and Alia share the screen together as this is the first time that the newly wedding couple is going to feature in a film together for the first time.

The film is intended to serve as the first film in a planned trilogy as part of its own cinematic universe called Astraverse.
The Brahmastra series is a 3-part film franchise and the beginning of the Astraverse with its first installment serving to be one of the most expensive Indian films to be made to date with a whopping production budget between Rs.300 crore - Rs.500 crore.
