Billa on April 2
Kantri fame Meher Ramesh's much-anticipated action thriller Billa, starring young hero Prabhas, Anushka, Namitha and Krishnam Raju in the lead roles, will grace theatres on April 2. Produced jointly by Narendra and Prabodh under the banner of Gopi Krishna Movies Pvt. Ltd., Billa is said to be the most stylish film ever made in Telugu.
The audio of Billa was launched last week at Shilpa Kala Vedika (Hyderabad) in lavish style. The first audio CD was presented by Dasari Narayana Rao to Krishnam Raju.
Mehar Ramesh expressed his confidence on the film and said it would be one of the biggest hits in the career of Prabhas. According to sources, teenage sensation Hansika Motwani is doing an item song in this film and Anushka will appear�in a two-piece bikini. Major portions of the film were shot with super 35 mm camera in the exotic locales of Malaysia.
Billa has been scripted by Thota Prasad, Mohan Deekshit and Kannan. Music is composed by Mani Sharma, while camera is by Soundarya Rajan. Art by A.S. Prakash; Editing by Marthand K. Venkatesh; Dance sequences are being choreographed by Raju Sundaram, Prem Rakshith, Brunda and Kalyan. Presented by Krishnam Raju, Billa has dialogues and screenplay by the director himself.
