Bigg Boss Ultimate will be launched on Sunday (January 30) at 6:30 p.m. on Vijay Television and Disney+ Hotstar, with actor-politician Kamal Haasan kicking off the proceedings after his successful stint for five successful seasons on Bigg Boss Tamil. With the show set to begin rolling from tomorrow, a new promo has been released by Disney+ Hotstar that shows Kamal Haasan introducing a few of the contestants, who also are delighting audiences at the grand launch event with their dance performances. We see Kamal informing viewers that the contestants participating in Bigg Boss Ultimate are familiar names, while adding that their approach, pace and strategy to challenge are new.
In the Bigg Boss Ultimate grand launch promo, we see former Bigg Boss Tamil contestants like Maria Juliana, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Suresh Chakravarthy, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Anitha Sampath, Shariq Khan, Sandy master, including Balaji Murugadoss. The upcoming OTT show will see a total of sixteen contestants battling it out to emerge victorious on the new stage, which will go on for a span of 70 days. Bigg Boss Ultimate will stream exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar throughout the day with a 24/7 feed and will not air on Vijay TV apart from the launch event tomorrow.
So far, a total of 7 contestants have been officially announced to be participants on Bigg Boss Ultimate among whom include Maria Juliana, Abhirami Venkatachalam, lyricist Snehan, Suresh Chakravarthy, Vanitha Vijayakumar, Anitha Sampath and Dhaadi Balaji - all of whom have been quite vocal during their stints on Bigg Boss Tamil. It will be interesting to see all of the trendsetters on Bigg Boss Tamil to be brought under a single roof in Bigg Boss Ultimate, with their interactions set to be the biggest USP of the new show.
