Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 turned out to be a staggering success for both Vijay TV and streaming partner Hotstar as the hit TV reality show registered record viewership once again on the lines of the previous editions. Hosted for the fourth consecutive time by actor-politician 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan, Bigg Boss 4, which came to a grand conclusion on January 17, saw actor Aari Arujunan being crowned as the title winner, with Balaji Murugadoss being announced as the first runner up, followed by Rio Raj, Ramya Pandian and Som Shekar coming in next. Apart from the Bigg Boss Tamil 4 finalists, one contestant who set fans talking with her approach during her stint on the show, was popular news reader Anitha Sampath.

As all the contestants had recently reunited a few days back for the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 Kondattam special, Anitha, who has made a mark in the minds of the masses and the classes, has since then been staying in touch with her fans on social media, while also informing them on a constant basis the various developments in her life. A mighty popular name among the youth and the elderly alike, Anitha also made a cameo appearance in the recently-released 'Thalapathy' Vijay starrer, Master, which has turned out to be a massive box office blockbuster.

With Bigg Boss Tamil 4 now officially wrapped and all sights set next on the Kondattam event, Anitha has been interacting with followers on her Instagram page. When one user queried her as to whether she was receiving any negative comments of late, the Bigg Boss 4 superstar informed that not much has happened as such in the recent past. She responded to the question on her Instagram Story and wrote, "If someone abuses you in social media, block immediately without a second thought, they can't even search your profile next time. don't satisfy them by responding." Having said that, Anitha also shared the photo of a girl, who she said was constantly abusing her on Instagram. Sharing the picture in her Story, Anitha said, "Girl called Madhumitha who is constantly abusing. I appreciate that you bravely uploaded your profile picture. So Iam sure you can face this too. Sad that girls are being abused by girls!!" Below are the screenshots:

A while back, Anitha spoke about the stress female Bigg Boss 4 contestants have had to endure due to the negative comments by social media users. She informed via a post, "You will start minding your business after posting a negative comment about an individual in social media but the one who is in the receiving end couldn’t forget it for a long time. It will hurt them."
