Dhanush wrapped up 2018 with a massive announcement on his next film and once again with National Award-winning filmmaker, Vetrimaaran.
Titled Asuran, this upcoming action film is said to be an adaptation of the novel, Vekkai, and includes Malayalam actress Manju Warrier making her debut in Tamil cinema under Kalaipuli S. Thanu’s V Creations banner with music by GV Prakash Kumar.
With filming officially off to a start today (26.01.2019), a new second look poster for Asuran featuring Dhanush and Manju Warrier was unveiled after a rocking first look poster was released yesterday.
The Asuran second look poster reveals quite a few interesting and intricatedetails which include Dhanush and Manju Warrier sporting clothes that were prominently seen during the pre-Independence period or post-Independence times.
Furthermore, the Asuran second look poster also sheds light on Dhanush and Manju Warrier’s roles and we can pretty much assume they will be a married couple at some point during the course of the film considering they have been depicted as posing for a photograph as mostly seen in those days.
