Abhi to speak on Bollywood

Looks like the world is all tuned to Bollywood after India's victorious feat at the Oscars. How else would you expect the prestigious Wharton School to�invite Abhishek Bachchan to deliver a speech on the workings of Bollywood? Yes! Bollywood is truly going global, not just on screen, even off screen.

The world-renowned Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, will be waiting to hear�Bachchan Jr. expand on the intricacies and workings of our film industry on March 21st.

Abhishek Bachchan will address an elite and eclectic audience comprised of business leaders, politicians and experts from across the world in the 13th Wharton India Economic Forum to be held in Philadelphia.�In this�Forum, experts come together to share their outlook and vision on this year's theme 'Road Ahead for India'. Abhi will grace the occasion as a guest speaker and representative from Bollywood. He will talk about the working ethics and nuances of the industry. Abhishek will be the sharing his vision for a new India along with other eminent Indians like Sunil Gavaskar, Geet Sethi, Vijay Amritraj, Sabeer Bhatia, film director Rohan Sippy and politician Rahul Gandhi.

An excited Abhishek is confident about facing the audience of the posh business school in the US. He is also reported to be writing his speech on his own, devoting all his time for it. A friend of Abhi revealed, “It’s a big honour, considering Bollywood is still in its infancy and considering actors all over the world have been labeled intellectually challenged from the 19th century onwards. He's taking his role as a spokesperson at the international forum very seriously.” Abhi is quite serious indeed.
