Producer Aascar Ravichandran is now funding both Shankar’s Ai and Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam 2. We had earlier reported that Aascar Ravichandran had confirmed the release of Ai this Diwali. The latest update is that the producer has big plans for Vishwaroopam 2 as well. We hear that he is planning to release the much anticipated Vishwaroopam 2 three weeks after the release of Ai. This decision has been made in order to pull in crowds for both of his productions. Well, let us wait and see if both the films make it to the theatres on time without any delay. The shooting of the Vishwaroopam sequel has been wrapped up and the post production work is going on in full swing under Kamal Haasan’s guidance.
