Director of Ethir Neechal R.S. Durai Senthilkumar has reportedly approached his producer Dhanush with a one-liner that will feature him in the lead. The story, it is said, would apparently be that of a cop. The young director has reportedly carved out the story and character in such a way that it is most suitable for Dhanush.
It is being said that Dhanush had liked the idea but no immediate confirmation was given. Meanwhile, Durai Senthilkumar is nearing his moment of truth as Ethir Neechal is likely to release on the 26th of April while Dhanush has Mariyaan and Raanjhnaa coming soon but the actor will be pressing forward commencing work on the Sarkunam project Naiyyandi.
