Popular actor Vikram Singh Chauhan, known for starring in the Hindi television show Yehh Jadu Hai Jinn Ka, married his girlfriend Sneha Shukla on Friday. The wedding took place in Dehradun in the presence of their parents, with Vikram Singh Chauhan sharing the first photograph on social media of him alongside his wife and announcing that they have now become 'official'. Stating that they did not want a grand celebration amid the coronavirus pandemic, the actor wrote that they opted for an intimate private ceremony, while adding that they did miss many of their friends and other family members on their special day. 

Posting a photo from the wedding, Vikram Singh Chauhan wrote, "We just became official – With the blessings of our parents and God – Sneha and I entered into a new phase of our life. Amidst all that’s going on we decided not to have any grand celebration, but have a small intimate ceremony, though we missed having our friends and family with us on our special day. Having made appearances in Hindi films namely The Perfect Girl and Mardaani 2, Vikram Singh Chauhan recently in an interview shed details on how love blossomed with Sneha Shukla. He told that Sneha was technically his boss at the office they were working at who encouraged him constantly to keep pursuing his dreams. Although they were friends in the beginning, their relationship took a turn when romance blossomed between the two, with Vikram also sharing that the couple had initially planned to get married last year, but put it on hold owing to the lockdown. He said that they didn't want to delay their wedding any further this time around and went ahead with just their parents at the ceremony. 

Speaking to ETimes, Vikram Singh Chauhan said, "All of us present at the wedding got our RT PCR tests done along with antigen tests. Even the pandits and the photographers were tested. We were able to enjoy the wedding rituals and understand them better way since we had a lot of time,". The couple had initially planned to go to the Maldives for their honeymoon, but canceled their trip and are now at Vikram's hometown.
